Kenbridge Baptist Church, located in a small, rural town, is seeking a full-time pastor with 6-10 years of ministry experience. We are a vibrant congregation with an average worship attendance of fewer than 50 people on Sundays. We are searching for a pastoral leader passionate about fostering spiritual growth in the church and community.
Qualifications: Interested candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and some seminary training (preferred), effective preaching and communication skills, comfortable with traditional worship, a heart for outreach and mission work, and the ability to develop engaging programs for youth and children.
Benefits: She or he will receive a supportive congregation that embraces women in ALL leadership roles. Although we are seeking a full-time pastor, we will also consider bi-vocational candidates. The approximate salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000 (including Social Security allowance). There is a parsonage located across the street from the church.

Greenfields Church Consulting is thrilled to announce that after an extensive pastor search, Lakeside Church in Rocky Mount, NC, has called the Rev. Dr. Libby Grammer as their new Senior Minister.

Among them, the Rev. Dr. Libby Grammer stood out as a pastor who embodies the church’s commitment to inclusivity and community impact. Her pastoral experience, passion for ministry, and deep resonance to the ministry of Lakeside Church made her the ideal candidate to guide the congregation into its next season.

Lakeside Church, located in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, is searching for its next Senior Minister following the retirement of Dr. Jody Wright after 25 wonderful years of service and ministry. A competitive salary and compensation package will be commensurate with education, experience, and the degree of fit with the Lakeside Church community, with the aim to honor the candidate's gifts and reward their achievements. Working closely with Greenfields, the pastor search committee identified Dr. Gaskins as a leader who embodies their values and vision for the future.
