Murfreesboro Baptist Church, a Cooperative Baptist Fellowship (CBF) congregation located in northeastern North Carolina, is searching for its next pastor. Salary and benefit packages will be commensurate with education, experience, and degree of fit with the Murfreesboro Baptist community, but will be competitive and will seek to respect the candidate’s gifts and achievements. Starting salary and housing allowance will range from $60,000-$75,000, with benefits including Retirement contribution, Health, Life and Disability Insurance, Sabbatical leave, Medical Insurance, and Vacation leave time, and more.
